Terms of Sale

  1. We have no minimum order value and no order processing fee, however freight charges may apply
  2. Payment is required prior to shipment or upon collection
  3. We can accept Bankcard, Master, Visa, Amex (up to 4% fee may apply)or Cash for purchases
  4. For all credit card purchases, a copy of the front and back of the credit card must be supplied for verification purposes
  5. There may be a service fee for using credit card facilities
  6. All payment must be cleared before shipment of goods, title of ownership of goods purchased remain with us before payment clears
  7. Orders can be emailed or ordering on our website, however, ordering online is recommended to get accurate stock levels and best processing time
  8. Special orders accepted upon negotiation
  9. All prices are subject to change
  10. All none faulty returns must be accompanied with its original invoice and will incur a 15% restocking fee. Item used or packaging broken will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returning postage cost.
  11. Â Please ensure only authorised personnel to access our online ordering system. Product pricing and other details including pictures are confidential information, sharing this information with unauthorized parties is prohibited.
  12. Orders placed on our website will constitute a legal binding order upon Access Trading Pty Ltd.

Shipping Policy

  1. All orders will be shipped within 24 Hours after payment clears (Business Days Only).
  2. Tracking information will be provided after shipment.

Warranty & Return Policy

  1. All none faulty returns must be accompanied with its original invoice and will incur a 15% restocking fee. Item used or packaging broken will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returning postage cost.
  2. All items come with a default 3 months dealer warranty unless otherwise stated. Â Eligible warranty returns are accepted upon approval. Please contact us before return. Unauthorized return may not be accepted.
  3. Warranty only covers manufacturing faults. Damages due to physical damage, liquid damage or other non-manufacture faults are not covered.
