Return Policy
Exchange or return online purchases can be a pain, but be confident about your purchase with as we accept returns within 60 days of purchase, if the item is unused, in its original packaging and package is stil factory sealed.
Conditions of returns:
- Items to be returned must include all relevant documents (eg.warranty certificates, instruction manuals) tags, product accessories and must be returned along with the original packaging and the customer copy/receipt denoting proof of payment within 100 days of the invoiced date.
- Receipt must be provided and purchase date must be within 60 days.
- Items to be returned must include all documents, certificates and mannuals that originally comes with the purchase. Original packaging must not be opened or damaged.
- All merchandise to be returned must be unused. Any products returned with a sign of damage - original factory seal tampered or original retail packaging damaged due to mis-handling/mis- use while in the customer’s possession will prohibit refund/exchange of the relevant items.
- We charge 0% restocking fee for exchange or exchange for store credit. But we charge a minimum of 25% restocking fee for refunds ( to cover relevant cost to move the products and value reduction)
- We will only arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item sent by us. If customer wish to return, return postage will need to be paid by buyer.
Process of return
- if you decided to return an item, please email info@phoneguy.com.au first to request a Return Authorization Number ( Unauthorized returns will not be processed)
- Refund or exchange will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the eligible item.
